Thanks for your interest in tabling at the 26th annual Portland Zine Symposium! Please fill out this form to apply to table at this year's event. This year's Symposium will take place on Saturday, October 17th and Sunday, October 18th at Portland State University in the Smith Ballroom (Smith Memorial Student Union, 1825 SW Broadway, Portland, OR 97201).

Applications close on Sunday, May 31st. If you are accepted, we will send you an email notification along with instructions on how to confirm your space and submit payment.
