2025 Tabler Info!

Load in and Set up:

Tables are first come, first served. We will need you to check in at the PZS info desk (which is in the Smith Ballroom, you’ll see the line). You can arrive earlier, but we won’t start releasing tables until 10am on each day. If there’s someone you’d like to table next to, plan to arrive early and arrive together! If you have accessibility requests regarding your table location or other logistics, please let us know this week! 

If you’re running late on the morning of the fest, please text us at the PZS Organizer Hotline, along with your name and Zine table name. The PZS Organizer Hotline number is 503-941-0656. You can also text or call the organizers during the event if you need urgent support.  The hotline will only be active the weekend of the fest.

If you do not show up by 11:30 am on the day you are tabling, and you don’t text to say you are running late, we will give away your spot to someone waiting for a table.

We often have a few last minute cancellations or no-shows each day. If you’re tabling on one day and want to be on the waitlist for the other day, come to the info desk after 10am and we’ll put you on the list to possibly get a table! If we have space for you, half tables will be $20. 


We have lots of new tablers this year! Exciting! Here are some things we recommend having in your Tabler Kit! 

  • Tablecloth (can be an old sheet! If you bring an extra you can offer it to your table neighbor who might forget)

  • Zines! And other merch! Remember, we want at least 60% of your table to be zines.

  • Change bank - it helps to have one- and five-dollar bills for making change! 

  • Square reader if you have one / Print-out of your Venmo QR code

  • Charger and/or external charge block for your phone if you’re taking mobile payments

  • Ibuprofen, extra masks

  • Water bottle, beverage mug

  • Table snacks

  • Something to do with your hands, like a handicraft or a sketchbook!

  • Paper and pens

  • Scissors and tape (to make signage for pricing)

We will have tables and chairs set up (one chair per half table), and a Tabler Kit for you with a KN95 mask, a PZS sticker, and a PZS program. We will provide you with one(1) KN95 mask in your kit. Don’t forget to bring and wear a mask to the event and in the line to check in! We’ll have surgical masks on-site for free as well.  We ask that you wear your KN95 (or more effective mask) during the fest.  See our mask policy for more details!
